Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our mobile applications and services (the "Service") operated by Yoya Mobile Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our app.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the app. Subscriptions may be managed and canceled through your device's account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Yoya Mobile and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. User-Generated Content

When you upload photos or create content using our AI features, you retain ownership of the original content. However, you grant Yoya Mobile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our apps use artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality results, AI-generated outputs may sometimes be imperfect, unexpected, or inaccurate. Yoya Mobile makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• To upload, create, or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or obscene.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• To reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoya Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
